Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
To begin a return, log into your customer account using the email used at checkout. A one-time verification code will be sent to your inbox. Once logged in, you can select your order, choose the item or items to return, and leave a short note.
If you require a different size, please note this when requesting your return or contact us directly. We are always happy to assist with exchanges.
Eligibility
Returned items must be in saleable condition: unworn, unblemished, with tags attached and all original packaging included.
If your order included a garment carrier, it must also be returned. Where it is not included, £120 will be deducted from the refund.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within three business days of inspection. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return postage
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Because items lost or damaged during transit cannot be refunded, returns must be sent using a fully tracked service.
International returns
Returns sent from outside the United Kingdom must be declared as Returned Goods on all customs documentation and commercial invoices to avoid customs charges.
Any duties or import charges incurred by Heron’s Ghyll due to incorrect customs declarations will be deducted from the refund.
