Returns policy.

Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery

Please email us with “RETURNS - [order number]” in the subject within 14 days of delivery to notify us of your intention to return your order. If you’re able to provide a reason for the return, it would help us serve you better next time.

The cost of returns postage via a fully tracked service will be borne by the customer. Products damaged or lost in transit will not be refunded.

Refunds will be provided to the original payment method within 3 business days. There may be additional processing time by your payment provider.

International returns

Returns sent from outside the United Kingdom should be clearly marked ‘CUSTOMER RETURN’ to avoid extra customs charges.

Any import charges levied on Heron’s Ghyll will be deducted from the refund amount.

Eligibility for refund

Returned products need to be in saleable condition, i.e. unworn and unblemished, with tags attached, and all original packaging, to be eligible for a refund.

Garment carriers sent with the order also need to be returned. Otherwise, a charge of £120 will be deducted from the refund amount.

Shipping costs will not be refunded.
