Discover our black mandarin collar suit made from pure Irish linen. This black two piece suit consists of a Nehru jacket as well as a pair of men’s linen black suit trousers with a semi-elasticated waistband and zippered fly. Our black linen suit is fastened with mottled horn buttons carved in the Cotswolds. Black is the most elegant color in our view. This suit is made from a luxurious Irish linen and features beautiful natural horn buttons on both the Nehru Jacket and elasticated trousers. The defining feature of this suit is the mandarin collar, and more specifically, our unique take on a mandarin collar, the Meridian: not too high, a gentle curve, a gap between the two ends for comfort. The elasticated trousers feature a bagged cuff as a subtle but interesting detail.

At first glance, the Meridian Suit looks just like any other Mandarin Suit. How could a suit be comfortable, one might think; and yet, this suit was engineered for comfort from the ground up. Because of the natural structure of linen fabric, we were confident enough to cut this suit generously without it looking blousy and the result is a quintessential linen suit: easy and breezy. Finally, the trousers feature a semi-elasticated waistband so that one gets the formality and convenience of a zippered fly with the comfort of sweatpants.

Made from 100% Irish linen. Buttons are made from horn, while all other trims, from interfacings to bias tape to labels, are either linen or cotton.
